It doesn't matter what shape you are in, what experience you have or what age you are, we will get you Fighting Fit. We will teach you all the techniques involved as well as bring you progressively through the regime. You will also get to spar weekly and no need to worry, you won't get injured as we will show you specifically how to do the injuring! This is an intensive, accelerated learning & training program and you will notice an improvement at every session.

The Fighting Fitness program consists of training 3 days a week for 1 & 1/2 hours each session for 4 weeks. Each training session is set out and designed for maximum results. The times can be arranged around your schedule. The training will be hard but fun.

A personalised 2 day a week weights training program can also be added to the Fighting Fitness Program to maximise results – The Fighting Fitness Program Plus is a 5 day per week intensive training course. Even if you already lift weights, you won't believe the results you will get from our specialised training program which is tailored to suit each individual.
